đź’Ş A rare NY Times headline I agree with

Wow! How great was that Waste Management finish yesterday? Then followed by a great Super Bowl finish? Forget about it.

Truly an embarrassment of sports entertainment riches.

So today, let’s simplify things a bit.

If you ever took a science class in high school or college, you’ve probably been introduced to the concept of Occam’s razor.

Basically, the principle is that the simplest answer is usually the correct one.

For example,

If you walk up to where you think you hit your ball, and can’t find it…the simplest answer may be you hit it OB. NOT that a kangaroo ran off with it.

If you come home to a house with trash all over, your dog probably got into the trash, not a burglar searching your trash for sensitive documents…

You get the point.

Training your body to play your best golf is no different.

We’ve seen so many gadgets, gizmos and BS programs that have magically uncovered the “secret” to golf fitness, I could write a comic book.

In reality, it’s very simple.

When we created the workout plans now in the 18STRONG Membership App, we kept it simple.

Here’s why:

No matter your age or athletic ability, strength training is the key to flexibility, mobility, improved performance and lower injury risk.

I actually stole that from the NY Times because I can’t say it any better.

PS – I know you might be thinking that flexibility is the key…it’s important, but not the holy grail.

It’s actually strength that unlocks flexibility.
