ARE THERE VIDEOS OF THE EXERCISES?
YES! There are form videos of every exercise in each workout you can simply tap on. Form is extremely important and is crucial to being able to progressively overload and stay injury-free!
CAN THE WORKOUTS BE DONE FROM HOME OR A GYM?
We recommend you do your workouts at a well-equipped gym, but we created Golf Body Blueprint-Anywhere that is specifically designed for a 5'X5' area using body weight and bands.  Some of our best results have come from golfers locked-down without access to gym equipment - where there's a will, there's a way, and we're here to help.   
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED?
Golf Body Blueprint – Anywhere can be done with only body weight and bands – perfect for home or travel.  For other workouts, a gym will have all the required equipment, and below are the at-home recommendations:

1. DUMBBELLS – We recommend a variety if possible, ranging from 5-40 lbs, but the specific amounts will depend on your fitness level.
2. RESISTANCE BANDS – (Substitute for the cable machine) – The resistance also depends on your fitness level. Long loop bands are the most versatile as you can even keep one in your bag for your warm-up routine – also included in the app.
3. SWISS/YOGA/EXERCISE BALL – (Substitute for a bench) – We recommend a 75 cm ball as it suitable for just about every height golfer. Although we don’t recommend it, one of our clients used his piano bench during lockdown, so you can also get creative.
4. OPTIONAL – Kettlebells, barbell, jump rope, cardio machine
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE LENGTH OF THE WORKOUTS?
18STRONG workouts are designed for golfers who have a number of time commitments, so each takes between 40-60 minutes. 
WHAT IS THE WEEKLY TIME COMMITMENT?
We understand that our golfers are busy, so we keep the weekly time commitment to about 5 hours.

Assuming you have no serious physical condition(s), there is something for every golfer within the available programs.  There are detailed descriptions for each program in the app so you’re able to quickly choose a program with complete confidence.

MOVING BETTER EVERYDAY

I started GBB at the end of the golf season, so I can’t truly comment on how my golf game has changed. I’ve got hints of positive change based on time in a simulator, but time will tell. That said, I can do a quick 5-10 min warm up, and I feel like I’m making effortless power from the start, as opposed to needing 3-4 holes to warm up and get loose. I feel loose and ready to go all the time now.

Aside from golf, I’m much more comfortable at work, which often means being on my feet and constantly moving for my workday. I don’t feel the need to take little stretch breaks and I don’t notice all these little aches and twinges all over my body like I was a few moths ago. So for me, as a 45 yo man trying to hang on to some semblance of youth, I just feel like I’m moving better every day, and moving more comfortably. If my swing speed increases a little bit, that’s just gravy!

I like the app. It is easier to manage in the gym (reconfirm form, etc.) than the website. Well done! Potential vision for you: I'll still bounce between the app and another app where I record reps, etc. A dream scenario would be all in one. However, I understand the challenge of limited resources and time and I'd prefer that if you have to choose where you invest your resources you focus on content or additional traction with the private forum over extensive app development. FEEL THE DIFFERENCE IN JUST 1 WEEK

i think you provide all of the materials that I need to get back into the swing of things and most importantly, just tell me how to do it. Do these exercises on this day, these exercises on this day and rest here and all I have to do is follow the checklists.

Since I also have pretty bad arthritis in my knees (and have since I was 16) I find that the majority of the exercises are low impact and are not putting overt strain on my knees while helping to isolate and strengthen the muscles around them.

Thanks for this, it's totally worth the value I'm paying right now.

ROLLER-COASTER

I'm the spitting image of the guy on the rollercoaster regarding golf, diet and fitness. I always found time for golf, but rarely made time for my diet or fitness so I've paid for these decisions in physical pain, weight gain and a struggling golf game.
I am one of the lucky ones that gets to work with Jeff in person. In a short period of time my golf game has improved due to my increased flexibility and movement.

I have a long way to go, but for the first time in a decade, I know I'm going to get there. The lower back pain that hampered my golf game is gone! Trust Jeff's plan. It is not a magical plan. AMAZING!

Reality check here…I’m 45 and was at least 15 lbs overweight prior to starting the program.

The last time on a Trackman (in September) my driver SS was 98-103. Doing the GBB program, on my fifth week and I bought SS Sticks and radar. Third overspeed session today and my end of session real driver swing speed on the little radar jumped to 113! A few of my light/green SS swings were over 120…Granted, I’m swinging out of my shoes and no idea I’d even hit the ball with the club face with some of these swings, but still that’s amazing.
