Forget about reinventing the wheel.

This might be a little out of left field in a time where everyone has a “magic” formula or “secret” to get into shape at break-neck speed.

BUT, effective training isn’t found in coming up with something brand new.

It’s about starting with what’s proven – and iterating on it.

That doesn’t just save time and energy…

It also leads to predictable results – and a lot less stress.

It’s about evolving with a purpose, not starting from scratch.

Now, if you’ll excuse a me, I’ve gotta go pick up the boy from school.
