Welcome to another edition of Sunday Night Football – boy I miss golf:)
Actually, the title sponsor this weekend for the PGA event was World Wide Technology – a St. Louis company that everyone in town knows someone who works there.
So, it’s Sunday night and I’ve got some free time, which is where I struggle mightily during the week.
And I’m sure you can relate.
During the week, my daily schedule is not made up of big blocks of occupied time.
Instead, it’s a block here, then a short break.
Then another block, and a short break.
And so on.
It’s a constant start-stop.
Which makes gaining any momentum nearly impossible.
It also means that I have to schedule my workouts. Or, they just ain’t gonna happen.
Why do I bring this up?
Because I understand what it’s like to not have 1) time, and 2) energy to work out.
It sounds exhausting driving home from work after a long day to stop in and hit the gym.
It’s so much easier to keep the car pointed to home. And deal with it later.
Especially if you’re just getting back into working out.
But, there is hope.
And that hope comes in the form of a training “shift”.
Instead of sticking to the rigidity of 8, 12 or 16-week program…
WORK OUT ON YOUR OWN TERMS!!!
You can do that by controlling 3 simple things:
- Where
- When
- How
When you control those things, you’re cooking with gas.
And that is why we created Golf Body Blueprint – Anywhere.
It’s designed for golfers who prefer to work out at home, on the road or anywhere they literally have a 5’X5′ area.
Unlike our structured programs, the ANYWHERE program was designed to be much looser and adaptive to your schedule.
You can check it the details here.
Your #1 Fan,

PS – You may be thinking, “Jeff, that’s great, but I don’t always have the energy.” Great point.
We’ll dig a little deeper into that this week, but here’s the “secret”:
THE MORE YOU WORK OUT. THE MORE ENERGY YOU HAVE TO WORK OUT.
