MOVING BETTER EVERYDAY
I started GBB at the end of the golf season, so I can’t truly comment on how my golf game has changed. I’ve got hints of positive change based on time in a simulator, but time will tell. That said, I can do a quick 5-10 min warm up, and I feel like I’m making effortless power from the start, as opposed to needing 3-4 holes to warm up and get loose. I feel loose and ready to go all the time now.
Aside from golf, I’m much more comfortable at work, which often means being on my feet and constantly moving for my workday. I don’t feel the need to take little stretch breaks and I don’t notice all these little aches and twinges all over my body like I was a few moths ago. So for me, as a 45 yo man trying to hang on to some semblance of youth, I just feel like I’m moving better every day, and moving more comfortably. If my swing speed increases a little bit, that’s just gravy!
DETAILED PLAN TO FOLLOW
I purchased the GB2 plus the bonus warm-ups. The blueprint looks incredible, with detailed plan to follow, instructional videos, etc.
FEEL THE DIFFERENCE IN JUST 1 WEEK
Some background: I used to be a very active athlete in hockey, baseball, softball and bowling, but after having two kids, several jobs and life interfering have fallen to just weekly bowling (at a pretty high level) and softball in the summer.
Well, this winter I realized I was carrying around too much weight and feeling bad because of it. I had lost mobility from baseball, my bowling game was stiffer than I'd like and I really wanted to get into golf more seriously.
I picked up an Orange Whip to start working on my swing and ran into your interval training video with the orange whip. That lead me to your website and your workout routines.
The best part about this workout is that I can do it in my garage with the equipment I already had. In a week of just doing the mobility and stretches I can feel the difference, and I"m down 10 lbs (Full disclosure, I've been modifying my diet as well.)
I think you provide all of the materials that I need to get back into the swing of things and most importantly, just tell me how to do it. Do these exercises on this day, these exercises on this day and rest here and all I have to do is follow the checklists.
Since I also have pretty bad arthritis in my knees (and have since I was 16) I find that the majority of the exercises are low impact and are not putting overt strain on my knees while helping to isolate and strengthen the muscles around them.

LOST 7LBS SO FAR
A little delayed feedback on the Golf Body Blueprint. Finished the 8 weeks- challenging but very good experience. Dropped 7 pounds with adhering to the nutritional changes made and gained over 12 mph club head speed-now to find time to put that on the course!!
Great job Jeff and 18Strong. I’ve programmed out my next month and I'm keeping the grind going!

I am sure you do not know who listens each week to your podcasts, but this is a just a thank you from a PT that works in the golf industry for your work.
Your podcasts have made me a better practitioner and most importantly the players I work with more pain free and efficient.
Keep up the great work. Your and your guests advice and insight is widespread and we all appreciate it.
I have downloaded and tried the Kajabi app and it is going to be a huge benefit for me. I live just outside Memphis, TN but in a area not heavily populated with homes so no broadband internet. I have AT&T for our internet and it is highly unreliable; it often drops in the middle of my workouts in spite of the fact I workout at 4:30am. An app will definitely be beneficial as a backup since I do get good cell service.

My biggest struggle currently is a herniated disc in the lumbar spine, after several PT sessions, we have reduced the pain to just the foot and very minimal due to sciatic pain.
As a fellow Wellness Coordinator and student PTA, I was having troubles with my workouts and even golfing with being able to reduce my consistent ache in my foot. So far, the program has challenged me in different ways than I have ever trained. My foot pain has practically diminished. A little suggestion on how to keep this pain away would be wonderful! I love working out and love golfing but unfortunately, I have had a setback due to this pain.

DROPPED FROM 90S TO 80S
I have been enjoying all the different interviews you conduct with the different trainers. Listening resulted in a collection of tidbits that played a role in my improvement.
With so much mis-information about fitness out there, the more I can learn and be able to explain to our team…the better.
I have had a couple substantial injuries from my football days long ago and learned that, in defensively dealing with those injuries, my body probably throttled back my speed involuntarily. So, in my pre-shot routine (and on the range) I started to swing very fast to try to fire up those synapses.
I adjusted my gym time - taking some of the heavy lifting (keeping dead lift - love it) time and incorporating lateral jumps, deep light lunges, more core work. Oh- also thanks to your podcast I really started to pay more attention to my nutrition/hydration while playing. Big difference.
I started a swing rebuild with a local instructor this year. My son (12) is taking a series of lessons with me. That, and some study of golf swings was the foundation. Love the swings of Koepka and Justin Thomas. At the beginning of the year, during a fitting session with a trackman, I had a driver speed of 96. Using math I think I learned on your show (2.75 x Velocity) I'm clearly moving the club faster now. A year ago I was shooting mid/low 90s and am now close to breaking 80. Huge transition.

CHANGED MY LIFE
One of the MANY things that has changed in my life since starting Golf Body Blueprint is my drives on the 9th hole. It’s an uphill par 4, and for the last few years, I have not been able to get to the 150 yard marker. Yesterday I had 135 to the middle of the green!
With Golf Body Blueprint, I feel better, I have more energy, and I feel more confident.
In the past, I never had the motivation to workout. Some days I still don’t, but I do it anyway because I love the results.

I only started the Elite Program a week ago. So far, the results are better than expected. I have a good feelings about this program.
I just wanted to thank you for putting together Golf Body Blueprint. It’s really helped me a lot. I’m stronger, more mobile, and managed to lose weight by following your very well laid out program.
I love 18Strong and I follow you guys on social media, bought the book and a shirt, do the Superspeed golf, and have been doing the Golf Body Blueprint training 3-4 days a week now for 8 weeks.
The program is great. Switching from carbs and cardio to protein and strength training at age 56 has been a game changer. I have lost weight and feel great!
I'm glad to be a new member to 18Strong Elite with the goal to strengthen & increase speed!
Prior to Elite Membership, I completed the Activate program (2 cycles of the 8 week) to reacquaint myself with strength training after a prolonged focus on flexibility and cardio. I already feel stronger,have improved mobility, especially my historically problematic left shoulder.
I also regularly use the Warm-Up program (20 min pre-course warm-up) and have noticed better body rediness at the golf course.
Based on those positive experiences, I'm ready to further challenge myself with the GBB program and "felt the burn" of the plank rotations during my first workout yesterday.
DROPPED INDEX FROM 12.4 TO 7.6
I dropped my index from a 12.4 to 7.6 this season. I think a big reason was the many things I learned from listening to the podcasts, better nutrition with the weight loss program, increased flexibility with the training, use of Superspeed, etc.
Looking forward to training this winter and to continue improving for next season!

I've been all over this site and can't find the 4 week plan that you say is there. I read bogey proof and loved it. Believe it or not you've been my main motivation all season. At 43 I've had an opportunity to really take this on again. Index is down from 8.3 to 1.9. The end of the season is near and I have a ton of goals for next year. If you could point me in the right direction that would be fantastic.
I like the app. It is easier to manage in the gym (reconfirm form, etc.) than the website. Well done! Potential vision for you: I'll still bounce between the app and another app where I record reps, etc. A dream scenario would be all in one. However, I understand the challenge of limited resources and time and I'd prefer that if you have to choose where you invest your resources you focus on content or additional traction with the private forum over extensive app development. Hope this feedback is helpful. Feel free to follow-up with me if not or if you want additional clarity.

I have to thank you for introducing me to Karl Morris and Gary Nichol. I caught a podcast of yours with them speaking about "The Lost Art of Putting".
At the time it was exactly what I was seeking to improve my game and shave some strokes on the greens. That was the end of July. I downloaded the book and put those principles in place right away. Three weeks later I won the US Senior Amateur! This week I continued my good play and won the Georgia Senior Championship!

I have a long way to go, but for the first time in a decade I know I'm going to get there. The lower back pain that hampered my golf game for as long as I can remember, is gone. It's different than all the other plans I've tried. It's different because it works.
Forget golf, forget working out...my daily life is better because I'm pain free due to my increased mobility.

18Strong traning has made a huge difference in my game and fitness level. Dropped to 15% Body Fat from 18.5%.
Average drive jumped to 253 from 227 with longest drive of 287 from previous high of 258. Sleeping better and just plain feel better overall.
81MPH to 88MPH
I went from 81 mph to 88 mph with the with the yellow lightest overspeed stick in one week! I know it’s not fast compared to your biggest hitters but I’m happy!
DOWNLOADED THE APP
I downloaded the app and worked through a few of the lessons here at work. So far it works just fine.
I really like the look of it and the layout. I look forward to using it for warming up for golf this weekend.
EASY TO FOLLOW
So far I have enjoyed my membership in 18Strong Elite. The program is easy to follow and I like the video demonstrations which help insure I am performing each exercise properly.
The one thing I would like to see is more nutritional/diet information. I have prepared all the recipes listed on the site but let’s face it, after a couple of weeks the same meals will get old. I am one of the small minority that does not need to lose any or much weight. I am 58 years old, 5’ 5” and weight 131 so not your typical golfer. I have decided to drop a few pounds (down to 125) to eliminate some body fat (currently at 11.9, want to get to 10) and then put the weight back on in lean muscle. Just need help with more meal options; perhaps a link/partnership with a diet website that would work well in tandem with your exercise.
Looking forward to the journey to better fitness and golf.
DIFFERENT FROM TPI
I just started doing the exercises. They are different from TPI. I love️ the program.
Reality check here…I’m 45 and was at least 15 lbs overweight prior to starting the program.
The last time on a Trackman (in September) my driver SS was 98-103. Doing the GBB program, on my fifth week and I bought SS Sticks and radar. Third overspeed session today and my end of session real driver swing speed on the little radar jumped to 113! A few of my light/green SS swings were over 120…Granted, I’m swinging out of my shoes and no idea I’d even hit the ball with the club face with some of these swings, but still that’s amazing.

I'm the spitting image of the guy on the rollercoaster regarding golf, diet and fitness. I always found time for golf, but rarely made time for my diet or fitness so I've paid for these decisions in physical pain, weight gain and a struggling golf game.
I am one of the lucky ones that gets to work with Jeff in person. In a short period of time my golf game has improved due to my increased flexibility and movement.

Just wanted to say that after 4 days of exercise I went to the golf course and played a round. I started hitting the ball as flush as I ever have, and straight. I am very impressed that with these exercises I had a more complete swing. A much better follow through.

BACK TO MY HIGH SCHOOL WEIGHT
I'm really happy with all the programs at 18Strong. I played on the golf team in high school and continued to play throughout the years, but started to notice as I gained weight my game suffered.
I started to gain weight in college and subsequent years and just couldn't find a way to keep it off despite my efforts with diet and exercise.
I am finally back to my high school weight, playing my best golf yet, have tons of energy and have kept the weight off for over 2 years. Thanks to 18Strong, I am the healthiest I have been in years.
VIDEOS ARE GREAT
I'm at the end of week 2 of the golf body blueprint. I love the program. The videos are great. A few new exercises that I wasn't familiar with that seem to be helping. I love that everything is laid out clearly.
ACHIEVED 2 LIFELONG GOALS
Hey Jeff, I just wanted to share that I achieved 2 lifelong goals yesterday...I shot under par for the first time, and also shot sub 70 for the first time too!!
I've been following Golf Body Blueprint for 3 weeks so far, and I have noticed significant changes to my speed and stability. My club head speed has increased by 5-10mph, and I feel much stronger in my legs, core & hips.
