💪 30-day loophole 

Today is a big day for our family. About three years ago, a few of the younger cousins organized (100% on their own) a backyard soccer tournament in memory of my Grandpa Val.  

This is the 3rd annual Val Cup. Lots of beers. Lots of soccer friends we haven’t seen since last year. And lots of great 3v3 soccer from the young lads. 

But don’t worry, we’re still doing our Live Crew&A call this afternoon. 

Okay, so the subject of this email was about a “loophole”, but the truth is even the biggest loophole eventually closes. And basing your fitness on anything temporary ain’t smart. 

Today is the day that you stop playing checkers during a chess match. 

Checkers? Spend the next 8-weeks trying to stick to the latest, greatest, shiniest, trendy workout while ignoring your gut feeling that, “This sounds too good to be true.” And waste another two months. 

OR 

Chess? Spend the next 8-weeks building life-long fitness habits. And sticking to the principles that continue to work year after year after year. And see two full months of “holy s***” progress. 

I get it. Sexy sells

We’d sell a ton more programs if I gave you the “secret” on shredded abs in 6 weeks VERSUS telling you to get mobile and strong. 

But, I can’t do that in good conscious. Because while it might be what you want, it’s not what you NEED. And we’re in the life-changing business. 

Let those other guys “chase sexy”, while you “embrace smart”. 

You can try to model your life after Men’s Health cover models who haven’t had a beer or piece of pizza in three years. And have made 7% body fat their living.

The choice is always yours. Choose wisely.
