đź’Ş Do this when you need energy FAST

Good Saturday morning, my fellow crazy golf nut.

Yesterday, I told you about a happy hour we had with my Uncle. And, of course, lasted way later than we expected.

I’m running a little low on energy this morning, so I’m going to share a top-secret trick with you to boost your energy.

It always makes me feel good, it’s simple, it’s fun, and it works! And I am 99.999999% sure it will make you feel the same way.

Do you have a song that, when it comes on the radio, it gets you jacked-up? Or just puts you in a great mood?

Like, if you were a baseball player, it would be your walk-up song?

I have several. But without fail, Van Halen’s Panama ALWAYS puts me in a great place. And gives me a quick jolt of energy.

What are a couple of your favorites?

Now, I want you to try an experiment. The next time you’re feeling tired and blah, crank up one of those songs.

INSTANT ENERGY!

Scientists have found that music can activate a region of the brain – located in your prefrontal cortex – that suppresses fatigue.

Not only that, but studies have long shown that upbeat music can actually help you work out harder and longer … without it feeling either longer or harder.

Like Ron Burgundy says, “It’s science.”

And this doesn’t only apply to your workouts. It can translate into the rest of your life whenever you need a little extra energy.

OBVIOUS DISCLAIMER: This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t rest when your body is truly tired. Sleep and rest are almost as important as your workouts.

However, this is a useful tool when you’re not feeling it.
