💪 How to nutrition 

It’s Friday, we’re covered in snow and ice here in St. Louis…but it’s all good because the extra time in the gym without clients gives me time to think (uh-oh). 

So, I hit the office. Opened up my old school journal. And just start writing. 

You’re going to like what I came up with, but first let’s get to business. 

Yesterday, we talked about the three main things you need to focus on when you’ve made the decision to get into shape: 

Exercise 

Nutrition 

Mindset 

We already covered exercise, so today is gonna be nutrition day. 

What most people don’t understand is that nutrition is 80-90% of the pie when it comes to getting fit. 

And a majority don’t get it right. 

If you thought finding the best exercise program for you on the Internet was confusing, try finding the best diet for you. 

Good lord. There is more contradicting information about “the best” diet than any other subject online I can think of. 

Some swear it’s Keto. Others Vegan. Or Paleo. 

Don’t forget about the Mediterranean Diet. 

Here’s the thing: the truth is that what works best won’t sell books, courses or make money.  

We simply need to do two things: 

  1. Fix our relationship with food 
  1. Build lifelong habits one at a time 

Simple, right?
