Conventional wisdom (and others in the industry) tells us that this is the time of the year to be running flash sales and specials for all of our products. Everyone is motivated right now to get in shape for 2023, so we need to strike when the iron is hot. And bump up revenue.
Well, we’re going to do the opposite.
No, we’re not raising prices.
Instead, we’re giving away your next 40 days for free.
Do you know that January 13th has become known as “Quitter’s Day?” On average, most people give up on their New Year’s resolution by the 13th.
I’m frustrated by all the ridiculous challenges, detoxes, cleanses, and other BS programs that we’re now seeing every time we turn the corner.
2023 is NOT going to be your year of fat loss, better mobility, better strength, lower scores…or whatever your goals are.
2023 IS going to be your year of HABITS.
Because building habits lead to all of those great goals you have. If you’re planning on relying on motivation, you’ve already lost.
So, to kick off the year, we’re going to start with some simple, some not-so-simple habits for your first 40 days that are going to set you up for the rest of 2023 and beyond.
You will be challenged to do the same 7 tasks every single day – with absolutely zero exceptions. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t worked out in 30 years, or fell off the cover of Men’s Health. You’ll soon find out the challenge is more between the ears than in the gym.
January 13th? That is the average. Less than two weeks most people make it.
