…if I gave you the next 20 minutes to get better what would you do?
Here are a few ideas to get you started:
- Work out (yeah, no kidding Jeff)
- Walk the neighborhood
- Foam roll
- Take a power nap
- Meditate
- Move
- Read a chapter
Well, you have 20 minutes.
It may not be the next 20 minutes, but rest assured, you’ve got it.
The question is, what are you going to do with it?
This is going to shock you, but as a physical therapist and golf trainer, I highly recommend you spend it getting better at golf AND fitter.
