Motivation is temporary BUT here’s how to make it powerful…

“I’m gonna get started on January 2nd”.

Yeah, I get that.

Whether you’re trying to lose weight, get stronger, get more toned, or whatever your goal is…

The next 13 days gives us a little time to get mentally prepared and have a few last blowouts.

Where motivation lets us down is that it doesn’t help us stick to it.

Enter “habit building”.

Motivation gets us moving.

Habits keep us moving.

It’s a super-powerful 1-2 punch for sustainable success.

This year, let’s not wait.

If you’re motivated right now, then stop fighting yourself and get after it.

Motivation’s shelf life is very short.
