You didn’t lose your swing.

Most golfers think consistency comes from:
- More reps
- Better mechanics
- “Grooving” the swing
But that only works if your body is reliable.
And for most guys over 40… it’s not.
What used to happen naturally:
- You could get into the same positions without thinking
- Speed showed up when you wanted it
- Your body recovered between swings
Now?
- One swing feels great
- The next one feels completely different
- Timing is off
- Balance isn’t there
So you try to “fix the swing”…
…but the real issue is this:
Your body isn’t giving you the same inputs every time.
And if the inputs change…
…the output has no chance.
That’s why it feels inconsistent.
But it’s actually something else:
Unreliable.
Big difference.
Because inconsistency feels random.
Unreliable has a cause—and it can be fixed.
