This is why you can’t repeat it

Last email, I said something that probably stuck with you: 

You didn’t lose your swing. 

Your body just can’t reproduce it consistently. 

Let’s break that down. 

Most golfers think consistency comes from: 

  • More reps  
  • Better mechanics  
  • “Grooving” the swing  

But that only works if your body is reliable. 

And for most guys over 40… it’s not. 

What used to happen naturally: 

  • You could get into the same positions without thinking  
  • Speed showed up when you wanted it  
  • Your body recovered between swings  

Now? 

  • One swing feels great  
  • The next one feels completely different  
  • Timing is off  
  • Balance isn’t there  

So you try to “fix the swing”… 

…but the real issue is this: 

Your body isn’t giving you the same inputs every time. 

And if the inputs change… 

…the output has no chance. 

That’s why it feels inconsistent. 

But it’s actually something else: 

Unreliable. 

Big difference. 

Because inconsistency feels random. 

Unreliable has a cause—and it can be fixed.
