Good Evening from a very cold St. Louis!
I’m getting this email out way later than normal thanks to an extremely busy day at the gym.
I’ll make this quick because the family has already started tonight’s Christmas movie without me (we’re watching Daddy’s Home 2 which has become a new favorite of ours. Mark Wahlberg, Will Ferrell, Mel Gibson, how can it not be a classic?)
Yesterday, we talked about how New Year’s Resolutions don’t work.
Everyone sets them, and I would venture to say that less than 5% of people actually follow thru on them.
Be honest, has this been you in the past?
It’s OK if it has. Believe me, I have definitely been guilty of this.
But not anymore.
And I don’t want you to fall into that trap again in 2023.
