A new reason to stay hydrated during cold season

The past week, I’ve been a little under the weather as we often do this time of year.

So, you haven’t heard from me as much as usual.

I feel great today, but had a sinus infection that was sapping a ton of energy, and usually dehydrates me to the point that I get charlie horses in the arches of my feet, my calves when I stretch, and other fun places on my body.

This time around, I got smart.

Dehydration is what makes us feel hungover, whether we’re sick, or had a few too many at the tavern the night before.

So, to help me avoid that feeling, I committed to keeping myself hydrated.

And while I have no clinical study to back me up, I will tell anyone who will listen that adding some sort of hydration supplement will get you back up and running waaaay faster than just trying to drink tons of water.

I keep 1st Phorm Hydration Sticks (I like the citrus flavor) in my golf back for the turn, especially on really hot days, but found an equally useful application for them this past week.

Again, I don’t know exactly how much faster they helped me heal.

Or could explain how much better I felt by staying hydrated.

All I know is that they definitely made a difference.

So, there are a few options on the market that I’ve tried.

Joe Rogan used to pimp Liquid IV, but I don’t like how much sugar they have.

LMNT is good option.

Unfortunately, what I’ve found is that the options available at our local grocery stores usually have a bunch of unnecessary ingredients, dyes, and sugars, so you have to plan ahead and buy the good ones online.

So, if you need a recommendation, I’ve had great luck with the 1st Phorm Hydration Sticks

Alright, we’re going to get back at it in a big way this week.

The holidays are coming up.

And it’s time to strategize.

STAY STRONG,

Jeff
