Do this before your first swing

It’s been a minute since I’ve done my favorite thing…write these daily emails.

Not because we’ve been sitting still.

Actually, quite the opposite.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been deep in the lab.

Rethinking things.

Tightening things up.

Fixing what didn’t feel right.

And building something next level.

I’m not ready to show you yet…but we’re close.

In the meantime, here’s something you can use today:

When your first few swings feel stiff, restricted, or just a bit off, I’ve got the cure…

It’s going to look weird, but you have to get over it.

Push-Ups!

Before you ever take a full swing, drop down and give me 10–15 push-ups.

That’s it.

It sounds almost too simple, but here’s what it does:

  • Wakes up your upper body (chest, shoulders, core)
  • Gets blood flowing fast
  • Turns your system “on” instead of easing into it

You’re not trying to get tired.

You’re flipping the switch from “sitting in the car” to “ready to move.”

Then take a few smooth, easy swings.

And maybe throw in 10-15 more push-ups.

That combo alone is usually enough to:

  • Get rid of that tight, sluggish feeling
  • Help your swing show up earlier
  • And avoid wasting the first few holes trying to find it

Nothing fancy.

But most golfers never do it.

STAY STRONG,
