How to increase flexibility and mobility

Well, I shot pretty well this morning for MGF (Mandatory Golf Friday), but somebody must have put a curse on my driver. 

That’s a thing, right? 

Two things: 

1. For the love of god, please don’t forget that Sunday is Mother’s Day. 

2. Before we hit the links this weekend, let’s wrap up our mobility week with a really good article from our buddy Will over at 1stPhorm. 

It’s always nice to get a non-golfers point of view… 

Turns out, non-golfers are after the same things: 

  • Improved muscle function 
  • Increased power 
  • Improved performance 
  • Injury-prevention 

Yes, I took those benefits directly from his article. 

What I really like about his post is that he takes a deep-ish dive into foam rolling and massage guns.  

Both I highly recommend, and use a lot in the gym.
