How to line-up your fitness like a putt

If you miss by an inch on an 80-foot putt, that’s an excellent putt.  

If you’re an inch off when you line it up, you’ll miss by 15 ft.  

In other words, the way we approach anything requires we begin in the right place.  

Fitness requires more than just a gym membership.  

Golf requires more than a new set of clubs. 

We need to invest time, energy and calculated thought into our plans so we land in the best place for our goal(s). 

We’re starting to settle into the fall.  

That’s when we put our heads down and build. 

Why fall? 

Because before you know it, the holiday season will be on top of us – Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, and of course… 

…the New Year. 

And New Year is when we traditionally look for transformational strategies. 

Fitness, health, golf, business, investing, personal development, etc. 

So, do we want to wait until January?  

Sorry, it’s too late. 

We need a running start. 

Right now. 

Today. 

In the blink of an eye, it’ll be February and we’ll be kicking ourselves for procrastinating…again.  

So, let’s not let another year pass us by. 

Today?  

Sit down and commit. 

Think about your goals.  

Think about what habits you want to build.  

Think about what is going to keep you feeling great for the next decades to come. 

Let’s plan out your fall schedule and start nudging the boulder down the hill.
