Overthinking

We made it to another Friday, after what I can only assume was a productive, successful week.

So, all week, we’ve been talking about Mobility. And if you’ve been following along, you’ve gotten a lot of information.

Hopefully, you’re ready to take action.

PLEASE don’t overthink this.

Overthinking is dangerous.

Here’s why:

Thinking about doing something tricks your brain into feeling like you’re making progress. You get that shot of dopamine, then it’s over.

(even though nothing has gotten done)

One of the hardest parts about getting fit is finding the balance between thinking (researching) and taking action.

This isn’t rocket science.

For BIG, irreversible decisions in life: Take your time and do your due diligence.

For minor, reversible decisions: Act fast and adjust based on your results.

Golf and fitness both fall into the second category.

Today, stop overthinking it. And just get to work.

Jeff Pelizzaro

PS – If you’re not sure where to start, I would be crazy not to tell you to join us in the 18STRONG Membership.

We lay it all out for you. We show you exactly what works (no excuse to overthink that). We do it ourselves every day.

We’re all in this together – and GD it’s fun!
