Regain Your Mobility

“Don’t worry. Those boys are made out of rubber.”

Said our co-founder Ryan as we watched a nasty collision a few weeks ago a high school soccer game.

It was one of those cringeworthy 50-50 balls where you just know you’d be headed to the orthopedic surgeon b/c we don’t bend like that anymore.

And that’s the reality.

As we get older, we gradually lose our elasticity.

Our body’s giant “rubber band” starts to get a little dry rot on it.

And our swings become more stiff and rigid each golf season.

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about it…

C’mon, you know me better than that.

I’m on an endless quest for the “golf fountain of youth”.

And by god, we’ve gotten closer.

Okay, so you know how you have shots during the round where as soon as the ball leaves the face of your club, you immediately know it’s a doozy?

Well, what if you could have that feeling more and more consistently?

You can.

And, through no research of my own, the path to get you there just got clearer.

The very smart people over at GOLFTEC did a massive study of 90 million swings by 13,000 golfers from pros to 30-handicaps.

What they discovered is that there are a handful of simple positions our bodies need to get into that directly impact our handicaps.

In other words, the pros get to those spots. But, us “normal” golfers struggle.

And why do we struggle?

Because we’re not mobile enough to get there.

Yet.

The silver lining is because of that massive study, we now know exactly what our mobility “target areas” are.

Which is why we created the 14-Day Hyper-Elastic Mobility training.

To laser target those areas with each movement.

PLUS, movements designed to ingrain those positions so you can mindlessly repeat them (think muscle and nervous system memory).

You kinda get a 2 for 1.

Not only can we regain our mobility. But, we can also regain it to specifically lower our scores.

But, you’ve gotta do the work.

Alright, I’ve gotta run.

PS – I just ran across one of my favorite quotes:

Not making a decision IS making a decision.

You can decide to do nothing and play stiff as a board. Or, you can decide to make your “rubber band” extra elastic again.

If you’re the latter, then I highly encourage you to join us inside.
