The last golfer on Tour to shoot his age?

Don’t ask me how the Instagram algorithm knows what I like, but they clearly have my number.

Or maybe I’m just that predictable.

So, a video popped-up this morning about the last player on Tour to shoot his age.

What’s your guess?

If you knew it was Arnold Palmer at the AMEX in 2001 at the age of 71, you’re more of a golf history buff than me.

71 at 71!

That is pretty friggin’ impressive.

Golf fitness for longevity works.

Cripes, Gary Player, the 88-yr-old and “Father Of Golf Fitness” is still swinging.

Lemme ask you this:

If you could only focus on one thing to help you play well for the next 10, 20 or 30+ years, what would it be?

Power?

Speed?

Distance?

Mobility?

Control?

Injury-Prevention?

Well, the decision is much easier than you think.

There’s one Big Domino you can set in motion to make all those above things happen.

And that is to GET STRONG.

Strength unlocks all those physical traits we need to play golf.

And that is why strength is the mother of all athletic qualities

Of course, I’ve made my living in the golf fitness world for 15-ish years, but I’m just the messenger.

Golfers like Arnie, Gary Player, and countless guys and gals in our Crew are the proof.

And those may be the best people to learn from in our 18STRONG Membership

They’ve been there, done that, and KEEP doing it.

If you need a little inspiration in the middle of your week, look no further than those fine folks.

STAY STRONG,

Jeff
