Toxic “hustle culture”

Man, of all the pro golfers who get hot – and they all do…

I don’t think anybody can compete with Matsuyama when he’s on fire.

That was magic to watch yesterday.

Okay, so today is the last day to take advantage of the Hyper-Elastic Distance training program (and Hyper-Elastic Mobility BONUS).

We’re putting them in the membership tonight where they will stay.

But, before you pull the trigger, let’s take a step back.

My fear is that you are a part of, or become a victim of “Hustle Culture.”

You know the one…

The idea that makes us believe we need to be in constant motion.

If you’re not always doing something…

You’re not working hard enough.

Not only is that unsustainable, but it is very toxic.

There’s so much value in hitting the pause button.

It allows you to:

  1. Reflect on what’s working (and what’s not).
  2. Recharge your creativity.

Reflection and thinking requires space.

It’s where clarity emerges.

So, if you’re feeling the pressure of having to join us in the Hyper-Elastic Distance program…

Consider hitting pause.

If another program sounds overwhelming or exhausting, it probably is.

We’re here to help you, not add another training program that gathers dust on your shelf.

STAY STRONG,
Jeff

PS – If you are ready…

Today is the last day to take advantage of the Hyper-Elastic Distance training program (and Hyper-Elastic Mobility BONUS).

We’re going to add it to the membership going forward.
