I just got back from our golf trip, and it was a doozy. I could do without the 5-hour, Saturday morning drive home from Nashville, but it’s a small price to pay for three days of awesomeness.
So, here’s my big takeaway from the trip…
Golfers are weird.
In a very, very good way.
First, let me make a clear distinction between “golfer” and guys who golf.
Guys who golf play a few times a year, mostly in charity scrambles or guys’ weekends.
Golfers, on the other hand, make time to play because they love the competition, camaraderie, and challenge.
Guys who golf scratch their heads at the amount of golf that golfers play.
Golfers don’t think they play enough.
The rest of the world thinks golf is a big waste of time, and will never understand all the reasons we love it.
Good god, we work out specifically to get better at golf. That’s just sick:)
And if given the choice, most golfers would choose mobility above all other physical attributes.
To feel loose and free each time we swing a club.
Lucky for us, there are a few basic movements we can do to make that happen.

It’s a 7-ish minute routine you can do anywhere with no equipment.
I do it while my morning coffee is brewing. Ryan, our Co-Founder, loves to do it after lunch.
In fact, I’ll use it as a pre-round warm-up.
But, the real magic happens when you do it every day for at least 30 days.
Once that tipping point happens, you feel like you’re warmed-up 24/7.
Of course, I recommend you do a pre-round warm-up, but you can get by without it if need be.
You ever get to the course 5-minutes before your round? Just saying.
If you’re not completely happy with your current mobility, then give it a shot for the next 7 days and lemme know how much looser you feel throughout your regular day (not necessarily on the course).
