đź’Ş Only 20 Minutes A

It’s New Year’s Eve Eve, and I can tell already I’ll be singing Ice Cube’s “It Was A Good Day” tonight when I shut it down.

It’s still early, I’ve done my Daily Motion routine, walked the dog outside, and I’m ready to ask some questions and learn some goodies on our mystery guest’s podcast interview this afternoon.

You may be wondering, “Jeff, you are a model of health and look like you were chiseled from granite:) So how do you stay on track all year when you’ve got so much going on?”

On the days that I’m busy (like today), it’s hard to get in a workout. Yes, I’m at the gym all day standing next to machines that would make DaVinci jealous, and it’s still hard to find the time.

So, I’ve gotten good at maximizing my time, even if I only have 20 minutes.

And that’s all you need.

It’s amazing how much work you can get done in 20 minutes when you’ve got a plan and are focused.

No pacing around wondering what to do next. No getting lost in your tv show. No wasted movements.

And here’s what’s crazy. Like clockwork, within 1 second of finishing my workout, I feel great.

I know I’ve moved my body in positive direction, my muscles feel nice and swole, and it makes eating properly a complete no-brainer (I’m not gonna waste that work by eating s***ty food).

I’m not sharing this because I’m a fitness genius with off-the-chart discipline, and you should be just like me. I’m simply demonstrating the power of a SIMPLE, focused workout (exactly like the workouts in Micro Workouts™-Total Body).

After 13+ years in this business, I can confidently say that doing 20 solid minutes is better than 60 minutes of ”clock-punching” workouts – and it ain’t even close.

Today? Your assignment is to do 20 minutes of focused, uninterrupted exercise. I don’t care if it’s walking circles around your basement (my Uncle actually has a walking route around his basement).

Do 20 minutes today because moving is everything. Without it, you’ll stop moving…for good. We all know that “an object in motion tends to stay in motion.”

Stop using time as your excuse to not work out. Stop looking for the perfect program, then choosing none. And for the love of god, stop the start-stop cycle of program after program.

2022 is the year of un-hypiness. It’s the year you get lean. You listen to your own common sense. You focus. You simplify.

And yeah, you smarten up and stop listening to the latest fads (you’re too smart for that crap).

Your #1 Fan,

Jeff Pelizzaro

PS – If you’re not ready to embrace simple, then don’t waste your time or money on Micro Workouts™-Total Body.

It’s for busy golfers who needs to get in and out, then keep dominating his day.

When you ARE ready, we’ll be here.
