YES! There are form videos of every exercise in each workout you can simply tap on. Form is extremely important and is crucial to being able to progressively overload and stay injury-free!

Resistance band – we realize it would be great if you didn’t need any equipment for this program, but we simply felt that in order to truly give you a balanced workout and hit some of the most important muscles and movements needed to improve your body for golf, we simply had to include some exercises that required a resistance band.

Micro Workouts – Total Body workouts are designed for golfers who have a number of time commitments, so each takes between 15-20 minutes. 

That is up to you. We include a sample workout calendar to use as your guide, but we recommend you do 3-7 workouts per week, or 1-2+ hours.
