Resistance band – we realize it would be great if you didn’t need any equipment for this program, but we simply felt that in order to truly give you a balanced workout and hit some of the most important muscles and movements needed to improve your body for golf, we simply had to include some exercises that required a resistance band.
Micro Workouts™ – Total Body workouts are designed for golfers who have a number of time commitments, so each takes between 15-20 minutes.
That is up to you. We include a sample workout calendar to use as your guide, but we recommend you do 3-7 workouts per week, or 1-2+ hours.
