Why this quote on a Monday morning when you’ve barely gotten into the swing of the week? It is simply to say that how we approach anything, most especially our fitness, requires more than just a gym membership.
We need to invest time, energy and calculated thought into our plans so we land in the best place for our goal(s).
We’re starting to settle into the fall. That’s when we put our heads down and build.
Why fall?
Because before you know it, the holiday season will be on top of us – Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, and of course…
…the New Year.
And New Year is when we traditionally look for transformational strategies.
Fitness, health, golf, business, investing, personal development, etc.
So, do we want to wait until January? Sorry, it’s too late.
We need a running start.
Right now.
Today.
I experienced it for years – in the blink of an eye, it’ll be February and we’ll be MF-ing ourselves for procrastinating.
So, let’s not let another year pass us by.
Today? Sit down and commit.
Think about your goals. Think about what habits you want to build. Think about what is going to keep you feeling great for the next decades to come.
Let’s plan out your fall schedule and start nudging the boulder down the hill.
