| Alright, before we close the loop this week…congratulations to our hometown, St. Louis, football stud, Jeremiyah Love for being drafted #3 last night. So cool! Okay, so if you tried the push-ups before your first swing this week, you felt it. Not perfect. But better, faster. And that’s the point. Most golfers think they need a better warm-up. But what they actually need is a body that wakes up quicker. Because no matter what you do: Stretch. Swing. Hit balls. if your body isn’t ready, you’re just buying time until it finally shows up. Sometimes that’s hole 4. Sometimes it’s the back nine. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
