Tomorrow, myself and a few of our local 18STRONG Crew members are up to are usual ridiculousness for the second year in a row:
100 holes.
One day.
Walking with our own bags.
No carts.
No shortcuts.
Just legs.
And a bunch of par-3s.
We’re doing it to raise money for charity, but also to test a bigger idea: preparedness.
So, here’s the question for you:
If someone dropped this challenge on your lap today—100 holes, sunup to sundown—could you do it?
Not “could you limp through.”
Could you actually make it without breaking down?
Golf Finds Weakness
Golf doesn’t just test your swing.
It tests your engine—your legs, core, shoulders, and back.
If you’re weak, golf finds it.
The golfers who thrive aren’t just talented.
They’re prepared.
They’ve built the endurance, the mobility, and the strength to say “yes” to whatever the game (or life) throws at them.
Preparedness = freedom.
Freedom to take on 100 holes.
Freedom to enjoy 18 without Advil.
Freedom to step up knowing your body won’t betray you.
Here’s your challenge for today:
Do one thing TODAY that makes you more prepared for tomorrow:
Knock out a quick 20-minute workout.
Stretch your hips and back before bed.
Finally commit to a training plan.
Because unprepared golfers don’t last.
Prepared golfers don’t just last—they thrive.
Tomorrow, we’ll find out how many blisters we end up with.
But the bigger question is this: could you?
STAY STRONG,
Jeff
