But, before you completely check out for a weekend of bracket-busting frustration, let’s keep with our mobility theme this week, but with a twist.
So, if you’ve been struggling with tight hips, shoulders, or any of our other “golf joints”…

Trying to swing when you feel tight as a drum is no walk in the park, Kazansky.
The piece of the puzzle we rarely think about is how a lack of mobility affects our confidence.
I know I’ve had days when I step on the tee box feeling tight – whether I didn’t warm-up or was just having one of those days…
Thinking to myself, “Well, this isn’t going to go well.”
And you know as well as I do, when you think it’s not going to go well…it won’t.
So today, I’m leaning on our friends over at 1stPhorm with an awesome article:

In the article, they do a great job of trying to put 18STRONG out of business by revealing 13 mobility exercises.
WTF?!
Don’t they know we’re trying to sell membership access to all of our training programs:)?
Here’s what I would do:
Find 2-3 exercises you think you’d like to do, or that help your tight areas, and incorporate those into your regular workouts at least once a week.
