T.E. Frances (while that is not really his name) is a real life “scientist” in the world of strength training. He has worked with athletes of the highest caliber in just about every sport, including many high profile players that you would know if we were to share their names.
In this episode, T.E. is going to give you a “masters class” on the basics of designing a workout program and why it is so important to know what it is you are training for before just jumping in.
