💪No time to work out?

It’s Tuesday the 28th, which means most of us are a mere six days from starting our New Year’s resolutions next Monday.

The go-getters are gonna flood previously empty gyms on Saturday. But, we’ve got an annual soccer game that has been going on for 60+ years that requires me to indulge in some post-game suds. Come Monday, I say goodbye to booze for 40 days.

So, yesterday, we officially launched Micro Workouts™ – Total Body – our training program for busy golfers who need workouts that take less than 20 minutes.

In keeping with that theme…

Today’s topic?

As in, a lack of it.

This may get under your skin a bit, but time is not the real problem.  I’ve done the math.

8 hours of sleep + 10 hours of work + 5 hours of miscellaneous stuff = 1 hour to exercise.

We all have an extra hour we can find.

The REAL problem is that, especially this time of the year, we make 1-2 drastic changes with our diet and exercise because we want results NOW.

And the changes we make are nearly impossible to stick to for the long-term.

Just as you can’t completely change your diet overnight, you can’t go from zero to 100 with your exercise.

What we’ve found is that in order to have long-term success, we need to ease into an exercise program, and build habits the right way. Otherwise, there is no chance you’ll stick to it.

You want proof? How many exercise programs have you started and stopped?

We created the 20-minute Micro Workouts™ – Total Body for two reasons:

  1. As a gateway to get our guys back into working out without the overwhelm of full-blown 8-week programs.
  1. Yeah, sometimes a lack of time is an issue. We want to help keep you on track no matter what life throws your way.

If you can find 20 minutes and a small area, you can still get a great workout – no weights or gym membership necessary.

Stop making things harder than they need to be. And now we’ve erased the excuse of “too busy.”

Sorry? Or, you’re welcome? Depends on who you want to be in 2022.

Your #1 Fan,

Jeff Pelizzaro

PS – I know I touched on it above, but there are NO fancy exercises that require elaborate equipment or a gym membership. It’s all SIMPLE and designed so you can always get in your workout – anywhere, anytime.

Yesterday’s official launch was a huge success, so let’s keep the momentum going and join the group:
