💪 Don’t Be A Sucker This Week

It’s Sunday evening and I hope you enjoyed leg #1 of the holiday season with friends and family. 

Christmas is officially over, which means 2022 is right around the corner. It’s time to get your fitness, fat loss, muscle building, etc. program together.

Over the next 30 days, you are going to be flooded with more ads than Viagra during a senior event. 

Now, that little voice in the back of our heads who has the common sense and is almost always right, will keep telling us, “Hey dummy, that’s way too good to be true. It’s a $250B industry and there are more overweight people than ever!”  

Unfortunately, we get so excited about how great we’re going to look in March that we fall into a trance over the shiny objects, and ignore him no matter how loud he yells at us. 

I’m here to help him out. 

Here are the 6 things you’re going to hear that should perk up your ears and send you running the opposite direction: 

  1. Lose weight without dieting or exercising. (Impossible) 
  1. You don’t have to watch what you eat. (Really!?) 
  1. Use this product and you’ll keep the weight off permanently. (Nope) 
  1. Take this pill. (Good god. Please no more pills.) 
  1. You can lose 30 lbs in the next 30 days. (Only if you’re currently 600 lbs) 
  1. It works for EVERYONE. (Also, impossible) 

Hey, I think it would be awesome if there were a magic pill that allowed us to safely lose fat. I’d be the first one to pimp it to anybody who would listen.
