Welcome to the culmination of another great weekend. And with it, tomorrow starts a new week to reset, recharge, and refocus on your fitness goals.
I’m a little behind on this one, but some clown decided to push Mike Tyson’s buttons on a flight last week. Well, I finally got around to watching the video…and, the still powerful, Iron Mike gave this dude a hall pass.
The dips**t (and anybody who decides to poke the Mike Tyson bear is automatically put into the dips**t category) took a few love taps for his insolence.
After the so-called altercation, the idiot posed to show the marks on his face – which tells me that Mike hit him with love for his fellow man.
Yeah.
I’ve seen recent videos of Tyson hitting the heavy bag. His power has not gone anywhere with his age. And had he hit this kid with intent to do harm, he’d be walking around with a fist-sized hole in his face.
Who are we kidding? He wouldn’t be walking around, period.
The lesson here?
Don’t do that.
