3 BIGGEST stretching mistakes

I LOVE increasing golfers’ mobility.

Today, we’re going to talk about stretching.

When golfers come to me, I consistently see 3 of the same stretching mistakes.

So lemme show you exactly what they’re/you’re doing wrong.

And fix it!

  1. Not holding your stretch long enough (it’s a lot longer than you think)
  2. Not breathing and relaxing (tense muscles don’t stretch)
  3. Not being strong enough

So, simply fixing those things is going to change how you feel.

No more creaking.

No more cracking.

No more, “Geez, I feel so tight.”

PS – Even though “not being strong enough” is only #3 on the list, I cannot stress enough how strength is the mother of all athletic qualities that unlocks so many other things…mobility, speed, power, injury-prevention, etc.
