Today, we’re going to talk about stretching.
When golfers come to me, I consistently see 3 of the same stretching mistakes.
So lemme show you exactly what they’re/you’re doing wrong.
And fix it!

In fact, I really put on my physical therapist hat during the video for golfers who want to know the WHY.
Now, if you just want the Reader’s Digest version, here are the 3 mistakes:
- Not holding your stretch long enough (it’s a lot longer than you think)
- Not breathing and relaxing (tense muscles don’t stretch)
- Not being strong enough
So, simply fixing those things is going to change how you feel.
No more creaking.
No more cracking.
No more, “Geez, I feel so tight.”

PS – Even though “not being strong enough” is only #3 on the list, I cannot stress enough how strength is the mother of all athletic qualities that unlocks so many other things…mobility, speed, power, injury-prevention, etc.
