This past election cycle, sports betting became legal here in Missouri.
It hasn’t started yet, but it’s coming shortly.
For me, I’ll happily do our fantasy golf on Draft Kings for the majors this year.
But, it stops there.
I’m no good at predicting the outcomes of most sporting events, so I’ll keep my cash secure in my wallet.
However, when it comes to workout results, my predictions are pretty friggin’ solid.
And they’re certainly not based on a gut feeling.
They’re based on observing what works for me and my clients in the gym.
Then wondering, “What would happen if I told more golfers about that?”
And then “test” to see if what worked for us also produced the same results for the next group.
Then, ask myself, “I wonder if the result is predictable?”
Will it happen the same way for everyone who follows the program?
Or, is it just fluky?
So far, what has worked in the gym works for most golfers.
For example, what we’re trying to accomplish in the Hyper-Elastic Distance program is that distance increases from training your fascia (your elasticity).
Regularly, I get emails like the one from a 57-yr-old golfer who wrote to tell me that after years and years of frustrating distance loss, he’s now pounding the ball after only a few days doing the training.
How about that?
That’s not fluky.
Even though his results are “predictable’, they’re HUGE because it further proves what we’ve been learning about and testing can work for a wide range of golfers.
Simply put:
You get more distance with better elasticity.
Predictable results – if you’re willing to follow the plan (Hyper-Elastic Distance) and do the work.
And I cannot stress enough…you HAVE to do the work!
STAY STRONG,
Jeff
