It’s Thursday morning and I’m writing to you from beautiful Kansas City. I’m here for a member-guest with one of my best buddies from college.
He doesn’t know it, but he’s always in the back of our heads around here because of one thing he said to me on the tee box a few years ago:
“Jeff, just tell me what I need to do.”
And whenever we put together a new program, product, training, or blog post, we do our best to always answer that question. We do our best to take the thinking out of it so you can just take action.

After many stops and starts, I’ve been doing really good. I’m on my 9th straight week and just restarted the Golf Body Blueprint plan. Loving it.
I’ve dropped roughly 8 lbs in 8 weeks. But, more importantly, I feel a lot better and have more energy.
I’m just focused on keeping the streak going and trying to improve my eating habits.
I need to work to combat the effects of sitting most of the day…it’s hardest on my lower back. The program is helping, but I think I need to stand more during the day whenever possible.
