It’s the middle of December.
Outside of thinking about the holidays, your mind is most likely on what January brings.
Or, in other words…
New Year’s resolutions are a brewin’.
You know the drill: every January people decide to do some “hardcore” this.
Or, “cleanse” that.
Whatever the fad thing is to do to whip themselves back into shape at record-speed.
It’s sort of a way to atone for all of the holiday excess.
And the fitness failures of 2023.
The problem?
There is a shelf life to those programs.
Most people, myself included, have had zero luck because of how disruptive they are to our lives.
For the sake of argument, let’s say you’re one of the 1% who can actually make it through the program.
Now, you’ve got an even bigger problem…
What do you do once that program is over?
The brutal and restrictive nature of most “transformation” programs makes sustainability nearly impossible.
For example, years ago, I did what we now call “paleo”.
After all, meat good.
For the first few weeks, the fat was melting off of me.
It was great.
Then, week three or four hit…
I remembered how delicious pizza is.
How cold beers can be.
And how rough it is to only eat meat.
So, paleo goes out the window – along with all my results.
Because whatever we do to reach our goal(s) is the only thing that will keep us there.
If starving yourself helped you lose 10 lbs in a month, that’s how you’re going to keep it off.
If lifting weights 6 days a week for an hour and a half every day is what got you jacked, that’s how you’re going to stay jacked.
If eating only meat for 3 months got you shredded, that’s how you’re going to stay that way.
There’s no such thing as 90 days, “then I’ll relax and just maintain.”
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work like that.
So this year, we’re flipping the script and giving a big middle finger to New Year’s resolutions.
And instead, we’re going to create a bulletproof “habit stack” to keep us on track for 2024 and beyond.
Of course, it’s called the 30-Day Resolution Revolution.
This is a 4-week LIVE group coaching program focused 100% on creating your sustainable “habit stack”.
It’s for golfers who have struggled to:
1. Get started (or restart)
2. Maintain consistency longer than 30 days
3. Make time in your busy schedule to work out
4. Navigate which exercises are right for you
Even if working out is not an option for you right now (maybe you’ve carrying an injury).
This group will have movement and habit-building alternatives.
Plus, all 30 days will help anyone trying to create healthy exercise and eating habits.
And stick to them, regardless of their level!
You can find out the details here.
Alright, I’ve gotta run – we’ve got two Christmas parties tonight.
And two more tomorrow night.
Man, I love this time of year!
STAY STRONG,
Jeff
PS – There are two bonuses included in the program and I know you’re going to love.
Bonus #1 is worth more than the entire program on it’s own.
I don’t want to give it away, but it’s a total game-changer.
I highly recommend you check it out here.
