Have the holidays taken their toll on you?

As the last days of 2023 are upon us…

There’s a pretty good shot that, beginning with Thanksgiving, all the family gatherings, events, holiday food, and holiday spirits…

Have left you feeling a little subpar physically – especially around the waistline.

We’ve got three days, then the real work begins.

So, I just got off the phone with our co-founder Ryan about his new 2024 training plan.

Specifically, how he is going to incorporate his marathon training into his regular workout schedule.

By the way, if fat loss is your goal, I DO NOT recommend tons of jogging (neither does Ryan).

But, that’s not the point today.

The point is how he made one simple tweak to his program that will increase his chance of success by 10X.

It’s going to sound like a small thing (and it is).

Here’s what he did…

So, one of his goals next year is to cut back on suds.

And, as you know, Friday nights are the biggest opportunity to over-indulge.

In his own words, “I have a debilitating case of FOMO.” aka a Fear Of Missing Out:)

From first hand knowledge, he ain’t lyin’.

Because he knows that Fridays can be a problem, he purposely scheduled his one long run of the week for Saturday mornings.

That way, he’ll “behave” himself on Friday nights.

I don’t care who you are, nobody feels like exercising when you’re feeling the previous night.

Again, that is a very small tweak.

But, the long-term benefit is huge.

One of the unfortunate truths to the fitness world is that one program doesn’t fit all.

We can give you the tools, but it’s up to you to adapt them to you.

It’s kinda like a hammer.

Yeah, you could probably knock in a nail with the handle.

But, use the business end of it, and your success rate jumps 100X.

So, when you decide that 2024 is your year and you choose a program like the Golfer’s Fat Loss Blueprint

Make it your own.

We’ve made it as step-by-step as possible.

But, you may have to tweak it for you. That’s okay.

If you have to move a day. No big deal.

If an injury keeps you from doing a movement. No big deal.

If you can’t make it to the gym. No big deal.

There are simple solutions to all of those problems.

And you can figure it out.

We’re human.

Some days are going to go as planned.

Some days are going to fall apart.

At the end of the day, something is ALWAYS better than nothing.

You’ve got this.

STAY STRONG,
Jeff

PS – GOODBYE 2023!

And all the unproductive things we did to our waistline.

HELLO 2024!

And with the help of the Golfer’s Fat Loss Blueprint a smaller waist, and larger drives:)
