Top 3 problems our golfers face

It’s a beautiful, sunny spring morning here in St. Louis…the kind of day that makes it nearly impossible to be inside.

But, I’ve got golfers’ lives to change, so here we go…

Every golfer that I work with has a unique set of issues they’re dealing with (yeah Jeff no kidding, we’re all different people), but I consistently see the same 3-5 problems.

You may not have noticed, but we design our programs, videos, emails, coaching calls, etc. around the most common problems.

For example:

#1: “Just Tell Me What To Do!”

The problem we hear from golfers:

I’m confused about all the fitness info I’m constantly bombarded with.

I just need someone to tell me what to follow and what to ignore.

The solution:

#2: “I Need To Be More Flexible”

The problem we hear from golfers:

When I swing, I feel tight and creaky.

I want a swing that feels loose and nimble.

The solution:

Move. When you move your “golf joints” (neck, hips, shoulders, trunk, ankle…), you do two things: 1) produce more synovial, and 2) move that synovial fluid throughout your joints, which “greases” them.

#3: “I Want More Distance”

The problem we hear from golfers:

How do I hit the ball farther without losing accuracy.

The solution:

Get Stronger. Strength is the mother of all athletic qualities – the key that unlocks just about everything else. When you get stronger, you’ll get faster and have more power…which leads to more distance.
