Welcome to the greatest day of the week to start something new.
Me?
I’m kicking around the idea of an email newsletter devoted solely to nutrition…
Yeah, keep your eyes out for that. I think it would be a ton of fun.
BUT, before we do that, let’s talk about “working smarter, not harder.”
Most people never figure out how to do so, or simply refuse. And they pay a heavy price for their unnecessary effort.
Working smarter, not harder also applies to distance training, but with a slight twist that I call “train smarter – get longer.”
When we train for distance, we want to improve. We want to get BETTER.
But at some point, we not only need to train smarter, but we need to WISEN UP.
Wising up is coming to the realization that there will come a time in our lives when we can’t hit the ball any further, can’t run any faster, jump any higher, or lift anything heavier.
In the strength world, there are limits.
Some are self-imposed, but I’m talking about the limits of Father Time.
Some day, Usain Bolt won’t be able to run as fast.
Some day, Michael Phelps won’t be able to swim as fast.
Some day, Rory won’t be able to drive it as far.
And, gulp, some day, our distance will drop.
You may think that sounds like horrible news – but it’s actually positive.
Here’s why: When you shift your focus from only strength to strength and elasticity (and you do this when you train smarter), you have breakthroughs you never experienced before.
You actually add force multipliers you’ve never tapped into.
Instead of relying on only one factor (strength), you add another (elasticity), which gives you exponentially better results, as opposed to linear results.
And that is what we teach you in the Hyper-Elastic Distance program.
Instead of Strength + Speed for distance, we’ve flipped the script:
Strength + Speed + Hyper-Elasticity
And the results are game-changing.
Now that we’ve WISED UP, I’m wondering where I’d be if I had this approach sooner?
Well, I can’t go back in time. But, I can continue to learn and guide our Crew along the path we’re following.

PS – If you want to get more distance from your body. And longer than you’ve ever thought possible, then join us in Hyper-Elastic Distance.
You want to do it soon because on Wednesday (November 1st), we’re removing the launch bonus.
