This is the very first episode of The 18STRONG Podcast!
In this episode, I simply wanted to give you an idea of why this site and podcast were created as well as introduce myself. It’s my goal to create a site and podcast that not only give you information for your golf fitness program, and how you can improve your game through fitness and mental focus, but I also want to give you the opportunity to meet some of the greatest professionals and coaches working in the game.
