Here’s an email I received yesterday, that we have since added to the FAQs on the 14-Day Hyper-Elastic Mobility page…
“I purchased the Hyper-Elastic Distance program. How much does it differ from the Hyper-Elastic Mobility program?”
Great question.
“The Hyper-Elastic Mobility program is very different than the distance program.
The mobility program is focused specifically on range of motion and control of the major parts our bodies need for rotation (ankles, hips, trunk, shoulders).
As well as 3 vital positions in the golf swing (Backswing, Post-Impact, and Full Finish).
Each day is broken down into just one body part and one golf position to bridge the gap between doing a mobility exercise for that joint.
And then translating it into how that impacts the specific position of the day (and of course, your overall golf swing).
The Hyper-Elastic Distance program consists more of short workouts for the entire body that are maximized for overall speed and elasticity of the body that will translate to more power and distance off the tee.”
So, there you have it.
Basically, for the next 14 days, you’ll do two things:
1. Each day, focus on ONE specific “golf” body part to increase mobility
2. Each day, couple that specific body part to ONE of the three vital swing positions
That’s it.
Think about early in our grade school careers…
It’s kinda like learning how to add and subtract at the beginning of class, then applying that knowledge to real-world situations at the end of class.
For example, when you get a job children, you add money to your bank account. Then, when you have kids, you subtract A LOT of money from your bank account.
Zinger!
Another example…Let’s say on Day 1, you train your hips to become more mobile. Then, you apply that newfound mobility to your backswing.
The result?
Comfortable, smooth, fluid, and loose-feeling hips during your backswing.
Then, throughout the two weeks, you add the rest of the body parts and vital swing positions.
At the end of 14 days…you’re feeling pretty friggin’ great.
Alright, gotta run.
Lots of joints. And lots of swing positions that need some mobility love.
STAY STRONG,
Jeff
PS – IMPORTANT, remember, once the launch is over this week, the 14-Day Hyper-Elastic Mobility program will only be available in the membership app for the foreseeable future.
