Start your Masters tourney with THIS…

Finally, after a year-long wait, the Masters is here!

And with it comes this thought, “Holy smokes! Spring is here!”

If you’re starting to panic that spring is here.

Golf season is here.

And before you know it, bikini will be season is here.

And you’re not in the shape you envisioned in January…don’t worry.

I know how it feels.

You ever have so much to do either at work or home, it’s almost paralyzing?

Then, you finally get organized.

And realize you just need to break everything down into small pieces.

Same thing.

The worst thing you can try to do is everything at once.

Instead of going a million miles per hour out of the gate, slow down.

Despite what ridiculous ads will tell you, getting fit is a marathon.

If you’re interested in a quick fix, then I’m not your guy.

But if you’re interested in long-term success, I’m all in.

If you’re not doing mobility exercises, you should start with that…today.

So, start with your “golf areas”…neck, shoulders, hips, ankles, your trunk.

Just get them moving every single day.

Go slow.

Get your full range of motion.

Rinse and repeat.

At first, you’ll hear a lot of creaking and cracking.

That’s okay.

You’ll be amazed at how quickly you’ll noticeably feel better (usually around 7 days), but it does take some time.

Start by moving your joints.

Then add in some strength training.

Then work on your nutrition.

Then add more weight.

Then add more reps.

Then do overspeed training.

See what I mean?

You can’t do all of that starting tomorrow.

Start with mobility.

Then add small pieces one at a time.

There are no quick fixes.

STAY STRONG,

Jeff
