“Yeah, I tweaked the bejesus outta my back”…
Words spoken by me after doing one of those household named 90-day programs.
“Yeah, it totally jacked-up my shoulder for 8 months”…
Words spoken by our co-founder Ryan after doing one of those household named 90-day programs.
Obviously, you see a theme developing here.
So, what’s the point?
We don’t HAVE TO speed 1,000 mph down the highway to change our lives over the next 90 days.
Seriously. We don’t.
It’s no fun.
And any results you will yourself to get don’t last.
This morning, I was farting around on one of the biggest fitness sites to see what’s new in the fitness world.
And I was shocked at how much I love the direction they’re now going.
Of course, they still have their flagship “90-day to the cover of Men’s Health” products that keep the doors open, but the new offerings sounded refreshing and, gulp, enjoyable…almost like something we would say:)
A couple headlines for their products:
“Make fitness fun.”
“Ditch the diets.”
And my absolute favorite:
“It’s not about the before and after. It’s how good you feel.”
We’ve been preaching it for years, but it looks like the mass fitness market is finally catching up.
And there is an obvious shift in how “they” are approaching fitness. Which is awesome!
I don’t know much, but I know that it is 100X easier to sell a “90-day transformation” program than it is a “long-term results that stick” program.
We all want a quick fix.
We all have the greatest intentions when we start a program.
We all can only blame ourselves because we weren’t “disciplined” to finish 90 days of torture.
It’s a great business model.
Today? Let’s think about the fitness model you want to adopt. One that feels good to you.
Please know you have a choice. And if you don’t wanna go “90-day miracle”, you don’t have to.
Alright, I’ve gotta run. We’ve got a “90-Days To Your PGA Tour Card” program to create, and unbelievable, sensationalistic headlines to write:) You in?
