Stop being so dang noble!

Welcome to another week of being awesome.

But, not too awesome (more on that below:).

So, this past weekend, we had an extraordinarily busy kids’ weekend – kicked off by my nephew hitting the game-winning PK on Friday night – well done, Gio!!!

If you’ve been following us, you know we love the chaos and time we spend with our kids’ activities.
In that same breath…

It can be a delicate balancing act.

When do we put ourselves first?

Can we?

Should we?

One of our Crew, Bill, is one of the nicest guys on the planet.

He is super-handy. And the first guy to help.

Over the summer, our friend Kelly had a pipe burst in her closet.

So, on a Saturday in the middle of summer while he was having a pool party, he left his house, and went over to her house and replaced the pipe.

He’s a father of 3.

Has all kids in competitive sports.

And has a really busy job.

So, when does he have time to work out?

He doesn’t.

Well, he does.

But, he never puts himself first, so he doesn’t.

And you bet you’re a$$ the way he lives his life is noble.

BUT, those same people need him around for a long time.

And they need his best.

We’re all “guilty” of being too unselfish.

Sometimes, it’s okay to be selfish.

Sometimes, you need to be selfish.

Sometimes, it’s for the greater good.

This week, I challenge you to be a little more selfish. And put your health and fitness first (within reason, of course).

Now, to help, you’ve got the option of the Golf Body Blueprint – Anywhere program.

You decide where you want to work out.

You decide when you want to work out.

You decide how you want to work out.

Then, you just do the work.

Win. Win. Win.

Jeff Pelizzaro

PS – Unlike our structured programs, the ANYWHERE program was designed to be much looser and adaptive to your schedule.
