It was exclusively the meatheads that were taking it, so I didn’t give it much thought.
These days, I’m a big fan…and I regularly field questions about it.
Should I take it?
Is it safe for teenagers to take?
What is it?
The last question being the most common.

STAY STRONG,
Jeff,
PS – Oh yeah, one other benefit I hadn’t ever considered was that creatine helps keep your muscles more hydrated.
Which, over the weekend, our co-founder Ryan ran in our annual 8-mile trail run and did NOT cramp up afterwards.
He is the self-professed king of charlie horses, so that says a lot.
Check out the article, and lemme know if you have any questions.
