Good-Bye “Meh”

It’s a glorious Saturday afternoon here in St. Louis. Perfect for say, three kids’ soccer games. 

I wouldn’t have it any other way. 

Real quick, let’s talk about your exercise. 

A majority of the guys we talk to are doing routines or programs that are just meh

One biggie is that it’s boring.   

It’s generic. It’s built for the masses. And is just like everything else on the market. 

Do you really think another “30 day fitness challenge” is gonna get you long-term results? 

Maybe. 

But it’s time to be selfish. 

Start by doing something you enjoy. 

Something that makes you get up off your a$$ and say, “I’m excited to work out today.” 

Had I tried to do P90X for the rest of my life to stay in shape, I would hate my life. 

I love a good challenge, but the thought of that just made me throw up in my mouth a little bit. 

Today, when you’ve got some time to really noodle around what you enjoy doing… 

Go for it. 

Stop doing what the fitness industry is trying to force down your throat, and do what makes you happy. 

I love lifting weights and working out in the gym or at home. 

That’s where we can help.
