What’s the reason for the second email today?  

Well, we have an idea and need your feedback: 

Two weeks ago on our LIVE Q&A call, we talked about the “micro workouts” model and was surprised with the response. 

It’s something we briefly touched on, but the instant we talked about having an option to do 20-ish minute workouts instead of 45-60 minute workouts, a lot of our Crew’s ears perked up. 

And the feedback exploded. 

Micro-Workouts are something we’ve never offered, but if there’s enough interest, we can start to dig into the model and give you the plans. 

The feedback we received was how having smaller workouts is less intimidating, especially if you’re just getting started. 

Kinda like dipping your toe in the fitness water instead of jumping in the deep end. 

We’d like to think we have nothing but great ideas, but we want to make sure we’re delivering what you want (not what we think you want).
